1. POSITION VACANT: Staff Nurses (Approx. 12 Vacancies), Delhi Hospital and Nursing Home, Bahadurgarh, Bahadurgarh (Delhi-NCR)

2. ORGANISATIONAL BACKGROUND:
The Delhi Hospital and Nursing Home is a reputed private hospital in Bahadurgarh (Delhi-NCR).

3. JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Staff Nurse(s) shall undertake the following responsibilities:

Key Job Responsibilities:

(1) Perform shift duties on a rotating basis in various healthcare units including Wards, Intensive Care Units (ICU), Critical Care Units (CCU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), and other designated areas.

(2) Collaborate with doctors during ward and unit rounds, offering assistance and support to ensure comprehensive patient care.

(3) Assist doctors in discharge planning, actively participating in the coordination of patient transitions and providing counselling to patients and their families regarding the discharge process.

(4) Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing students as needed, contributing to their educational and professional development.

(5) Ensure that all relevant information relating to a patient’s care or treatment is recorded accurately.

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: 

Qualifications and Experience:

(1) GNM/ Post Basic or B.Sc. (Nursing) from recognized institute or university.
(2) Two to five years of experience in Nursing Field.
(3) Candidate must be registered with the Central/ State Nursing Council.

Skills and Competencies:

(1) Proficient in computer usage and open to incorporating technology into treatment planning;

(2) Maintain a professional image and behaviour with patients, staff, and other team members in the hospital.

(3) The ability to be motivated and proactive and to respond positively to new challenges; (4) The ability to work as a flexible member of the team.

5. COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Gross compensation budgeted for the position ranges from Rs. 1.44 lacs to 2.9 lacs per annum. Please note that the offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and salary history. For exceptional candidates, we are committed to offering a competitive compensation package without any limitations.
