The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched India's first solar observatory mission named Aditya L1 from Sathish Dhawan Space Centre Sriharikota. It was launched from the PSLV C57 rocket. In Aditya L1, L1 refers to Lagrange Point 1. Aim: To study the Solar upper atmospheric (chromosphere and corona) dynamics As per the reports, it will take 125 days (approx 4 months) to reach designated point L1 to study the Sun's mysteries.
