Aim: To foster nutritional understanding across India through a theme centered on "Suposhit Bharat, Sakshar Bharat, Sashakt Bharat" (Nutrition-rich India, Educated India, Empowered India).

An Overview of the News The Amrita Patel Center for Public Health was established in honor of Dr. Amrita Patel, a pioneer in both the dairy industry and public health. Dr. Patel has held key positions in the dairy industry, including as the first woman executive of Amul and chairperson of NDDB. She was devoted to improving the health and livelihoods of India's rural poor, especially women.
